and the word of God lives in you, and you have overcome the evil one…”

O Lord, save the young people. They are devastated by death; they are taken suddenly and with no chance of escape. Their bodies are piled up in the corners, destroyed on the streets, broken amid the horror of day-to-day and in the wars. Their minds are dominated by the power of darkness. They don't see; they can't see anything. And they keep going, inexorably, toward annihilation!

Lord, send preachers of the Word. Prophets of life and hope, ready to get them out of the clutches of the merciless enemy.

Take from this life thy young people inside churches. Move their hearts with Thy Spirit. Free them from the subtlety of mental prisons, from the subtle ties set to enslave them, to drive them away from Thee and to destroy the future of Thy Work.

Hold out Thy hand, O Lord, upon those many who faithfully live in the dwelling place of the Most High and in the shade of Thy wings, they enjoy the joy, hope and inner peace (Psalm 90.1). Silently, but determinedly, they keep going with thee step by step. Young people of commitment, who do not have their lives for precious!

You are the treasure hidden in the atria of the Lord; you are the guarantee of the fulfillment of the Word; you are the present and future of the Genuine Church of Jesus Christ.

            Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow (Joel 3.13); And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered (Joel 2.32); For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground… (Isaiah 44.3) … And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions (Joel 2.28).

Youth, children and elders, we belong to the Lord.

He is our salvation.

TREASURES OF GOD

               “…I am writing to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one. I write to you, dear children, because you know the Father.

               I write to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God lives in you, and you have overcome the evil one.

               Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. 

               For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. 

               The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever. (…)

Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching.

Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through prophecy when the body of elders laid their hands on you.

               Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress.

 “12 UNINTERRUPTED HOURS OF PRAYER”

 “PENIEL CAMPO GRANDE hold the ‘12 UNINTERRUPTED HOURS OF PRAYER CAMPAIGN’ on January 20^th.

We saw the brethren praying in several ways: Walking, kneeling, 'sprawled' on the floor, sitting or just standing; some were whispering prayers, others were praying in a loud voice and tears being shed. Everyone was willing to seek, the Lord. People stayed beyond their shift of prayer and by faith, they reached the Lord's mercies.

It was a different day for those who separated that date to dedicate themselves to seek the Holy Spirit's presence and the intervention of the Lord in their lives. And at the end of the campaign, we celebrated a big Cult where, once again, the Lord spoke directly to his Church.

We believe that many results were achieved. This was the first of many other meetings dedicated to prayer. We're just beginning! Pray without ceasing. "

MOZAMBIQUE

"HAPPY WITH THE SEEDING"

"We praise God for all He has done in our lives. The work continues firm on the purpose of talking about His Work. I always remember the words of Pastor Renê (grandfather): 'Don't make up stories about the work of God; but preach the message of the Cross.' We have taken the message of salvation in Jesus Christ, for only in Him we find Peace.

We are witnessing the growth of churches. The children already sing in Portuguese and adults demonstrate learning God's Word. We are happy with what has been seeded and we have good prospects of fruits.

The work demands more effort every day, but the Lord has been sustaining us. We are Peniel! The Work is His! His workers are always renewed for another task.

We've finished the roof of the Temple in CHINGODZI, now are only missing the doors and the floor. Soon, in Jesus' name, we will move to our own Temple.

We are praying in order to follow the same process in the Church in MOATIZE. God has already said what we have to do (Exodus 14:15).

I thank the Ministry and all the brethren for your support and prayers. We'll only have strength to go on this walk with the support and covering of the brethren."
