... We are surrounded

by a great cloud of witnesses ...

(Hebrews 12: 1)

A cloud accompanies and covers the people of God.

During the desert walk she covered them day and night. By day,

thick cloud, shading against the inclement sun.

At night, a cloud of light and glory will light the way and warm from the cold.

The writer of the Letter to the Hebrews refers to the men and women

of chapter eleven. He tells us about the heroes of faith. It tries to

sensitize us to the importance of our life with God and the ministry that we are revealed.

Besides us, and above us, there is a spectacle that unfolds on high.

We are covered and accompanied day by day by this plethora of people

who have lived and died by faith. They gave themselves away.

His life was a living sacrifice. (Rm 12.1)

They set aside all the human embarrassments and the present-day involvements.

An integral, perfect and complete dedication to God and to God.

That is why they have become admired, imitated and example to each one of us.

They have not had their lives as precious. And they ran with patience the race that

was set before them; No murmuring, no fatigue or discouragement.

They just went on.

Great trials will never fail. They are inevitable. But the recommendation

is of perseverance, and eyes set on the Lord Jesus,

the Author and Finisher of the faith.

This race is for a relay: each one makes his way, passes the stick forward

and continues the race of the centuries! Only determination, faith in the Lord,

and unbreakable commitment will keep us steadfast, standing, and ever victorious.

Consider him who endured such contradictions of sinners against himself,

lest you be weak, faint in your spirit.

Look to the Lord Jesus. Carefully consider your sacrifice,

and go forward in the career that was proposed to you.

The stadium is full. Thousands and skillful athletes excel at their performance.

And the Cloud of Witnesses accompanies us, standing up, shouting our name,

hoping for our victory, protected under the cloud of God!

He presided with brilliance the solemnity of the City Hall, and author of the proposal of Citizenship to Pr. Reuel Feitosa in recognition of the Peniel Work. In addition to highlighting Peniel's value in Belo Horizonte, Brazil and the world, he honored us with his support and consideration. We thank God for his life and wish him success in the political life of our city, state and country.

DR.  WANDERLEY MIRANDA

Wanderley Miranda is our longtime acquaintance. In fact, he is one of the most illustrious sons of the Peniel Work. Today he holds the position of Deputy in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Minas Gerais. Pastor Wanderley works at Lagoinha Baptist Church and maintains the "Noite e Cia" program on Super TV. Our friend and collaborator. It is an honor to have him with us, even giving us his testimony.

«I WAS A TRASH, NEITHER I BELIEVE IN ME ...»

"... AND IT WOULD NEVER IMAGINATE THAT ONE DAY COULD BE HERE, OCCUPYING THIS POSITION ..." One of the highest authorities of the city said at the solemnity, in a sincere testimony, pure and pleasing to God. The tears of the servants of God blessed that House, in a true worship of the Lord our God.

OUR «GOLD OF OFIR»

We have seen the glory of God in the singleness of our beloved Recovery. As he sang in the anointing, and so well, in honor and glory to the Lord Jesus: "Thou art precious, more than the Gold of Ophir!" Our young people thrilled the City Hall Auditorium!

TO THE HOUSE

We are immensely grateful to dear brother Glauco Antônio Rocha e Silva. With his powerful testimony of life, in the Chamber, in the City Hall and athletic environment of Atletico Mineiro, he spontaneously and silently arranged to direct, along with Dr. Álvaro Damião, this suit in favor of Peniel. The transformation of God that happened in your life was the starting point that culminated in all that we have seen and enjoyed.

Sister Ilâne Dutra also worked actively for all these events to occur. In addition to his personal commitment, the material and documentary coverage required for everything to materialize. The miners continue to work very well - and in silence!
