Can Relive These Dead?

"Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord..."

(Ezekiel 37.3-4)

He was taken to the middle of the valley of dry bones. Death Valley, ruined graveyard, where hope and lifelong perished. Ezekiel walked around them, moved within the scene grisly, saw closely the misfortune, he felt the smell, the accumulated rot of those dead to the masses! (v.2). "Can relive these bones?" asked the Lord.

"Thou know" - answered the Prophet. "Prophesy to the dry bones; prophesy: Hear the word of the Lord!" - He ordered (v.4).

Only the Word of the Lord creates life. The Word raises the death. Bone does not have ears; debris of beliefs distorted, profanations, abominations and rebellions: can still experience the turmoil of Word and Spirit, and service of death? In addition to this chaos, nothing and no life, hovering above the voice of Adonai Elohim: "Let there be light!" (v.3).

Strange order. Misplaced. Needles and decontextualized. But God's command: "Prophesy the word which I command thee! And as I prophesied, hears a noise, noise deaf as an earthquake, bones that fought against bone and came together each one to his bone!" (v.7).

A valley of bones shattered, without life, without hope. Frustrations, empty and "shouting". In the heart of the princes and kings, empires and kingdoms; disappointment of the elders, revolt of young people and cry the chest of children. The pain, the plague, death, the lace and the war fighting on the graves open to the blissful! (Isaiah 24.17).

Disfigured beings, skulls, skeletons, the shifting shadows. The City, the Temple, the Altar, the Holy Place and the Most Holy in the dark (Eze 8.12). Rare priests to offer the life there... "You could not see me no an hour...!" (Mt 26.40).

This coffin of global death will soon be interrupted, as the widow of Nain (Mr 7.12-16). Skeletons, lifeless bodies, institutions, structures and human dying beings will rise to the order of the Word and the Spirit of the Lord. The earth will be filled with the Glory of God, to be "raptured" (1Th 4.16-17)

"Can relive these bones?” also involve you?

In addition to the Body of the Lord, hands in ‘wounds', feet bleeding, open side, the heart ripped through the soldier's spear and neither the crown of thorns. The death was needed. Until the last drop of blood on the ground. The thunder, the storm, the sky churning, the blackout of the sun, the tombs gritting and the dead limping by alleys of Jerusalem...

After all that God had done, the people still hardened the heart. Beat in the breasts, full of remorse, But empty of regret! (Matthew 27.32-54). But there is the faithfulness of God to His Own Word (Ge 3:15; Isa 53). He swore by himself (Ge 22.17). And He said: "Prophesy to the Spirit, prophesy, Oh son of man:"

"Come from the four winds, Oh Spirit, and blows ON THESE DEAD TO LIVE" (v.9).

"And entered into them the Spirit; and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, and a powerful army" (v.10).

The word that I have spoken is fulfilled (Eze 12:28). Bursting the Word and the Spirit of life over your life, and live, Christians of the 21st century. Thus saith the Lord.

"WHEN THE CHURCH PRAYS, THE BLESSINGS INCREASE!"

"The Prayer Vigils that the Church has done in Brazil has blessed here. Everything gets better, the blessings increase. We are more than a hundred (100) children in the "Comedoros" (canteens). On Fridays the mothers have come to hear the word. We had more than fifty (50) in the last week! The Church grows and no longer fits in the temple. We have to find more chairs for the people! We are already taking up the works of the temple. Thank God we are well. The political situation of Paraguay we have affected. Let us pray for the power of God."

One More School Graduation, proposed to the Consecration of young Pastors Africans. The expectation of coming soon to Brazil and enjoy the blessing of Transcultural... The work follows very well, despite the struggles that today affect us all, from Brazil to the mission fields. May the Lord bless Maikel and Karina, Peniel West Africa and everything that God promises us.
