"... And a righteous king will reign..."

(Isaiah 32.1)

            "...And that man will be as a hiding place from the wind,

a refuge from the storm, as a stream of water in a dry place and as

the shadow of a great rock in a weary land" (v.2).

            Desolation and pain weighing on the people. Hope no longer had.

Many were held to the faith, negotiated convictions going to the nothing.

Rebellions declared, rebellions disguised and humiliating outcomes.

The people suffered amid the opulence illusory and empty.

And the strange gods, human idolatries born of despair (v.9 to 14).

There was a prophecy! (Pr 29.18).

            The Lord breaks in history proclaiming a new time!

(v.15 to 20). He fell in the middle of the storm. (Na 3)

            "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, and he has anointed me

to proclaim the good tidings unto the meek; to bind up the brokenhearted,

to proclaim liberty to the captives; the opening of the prison to prisoners;

and to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, the day of vengeance of our God and the

comfort all that mourn"

(Isa 61.1-3).

            The Mission is broad and glorious.

Opens a spectrum extraordinary opportunities and new purposes.

            The darkness covers the land. Humans melt in despair

! Who will save them?

             "The mercies of the Lord are the cause of not being consumed.

They are renewed every morning" (La 3.22).

            Peniel has fulfilled his vocation!

But it is time to expand the vision of the New Time.

The Age of Calamity is passing; through the power of the word,

of the Church and his testimony (Re 12.11).

            The great outpouring of the Holy Spirit has arrived!

"I will make a new covenant with the House of Israel...

I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts;

and I will be their God, and they shall be my people"

(Jer 31.31-34).

            "And I will scatter pure water on you, and I will put my spirit within you"

(Eze 36.25-27). "I will pour out my Spirit upon you"

(Joe  2.28).

The Man of glory calls us to this new time:

            Supernatural Power to his servants in the Church

(Ac  2.21);

            Transforming Power of Jesus Christ shared the whole creation

(Mt 28.18);

            Power material and financial support for the Church and people

(Hag 2.8);

            Power of the Holy Spirit to reach the peoples and nations

(Ps 2.8);

            A time of great salvation

(Joe 2.32);

            Provision of high to compensate for the different levels;

in addition to nothing lacking, there is plenty!

(Ge 39.23),

            Peace, Love, Justice, and the mercies of Christ to all

(Ac 3.19).

            "And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation,

and in sure dwellings, and in quiet places and rest"

(Isa 32. 2 and 18).

Some simple recommendations to improve our lives from day to day, in 2017:

Life with God, cultivate the prayer and the daily meditation on the Word.

Faithfulness to God in tithes and offerings. God blesses it. Sample.

Come to Worship; cultivating the love and communion with our brothers and sisters.

Link to a group or ministry.

Make a budget: what you earn and how much spent;

Separate a little bit, and save.

Only spend what you have and can. Nothing of debts.

Nor credit cards or loans.

Pray with your family. Read the Word and pray for each other. Help yourself.

Run away from bad company and slanderous. Looking for good people.

Smile. In everything give thanks to God. Sing and pray. Your life will change for the better!

Propose to intercede for someone this year.

Earn that person or family for God!

Be VERY, VERY, VERY HAPPY!

EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS IS IN HIM, THROUGH HIM AND FOR HIM.

EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE TO THE POWER OF PRAYER.
