"Here is a Bolivian Embassy.

We came to Santa Cruz de La Sierra and we need you.

We seek the divine guidance and He walked up to here,

as I have already spoken with the Pastor. Our children are dying wrecked by drugs.

And we know there is no hope outside of God's power.

I am a Missionary of The House of God in Bolivia and working in the country for 14 years.

I am a witness of doom that comes by destroying the youth of Bolivia.

We are here to make an appeal: go to Macedonia and help us."

            The Church erupted in palms.

There were many tears too. The Holy Spirit moved the hearts of the people.

Each member of the Church said "yes" to the Holy Spirit at that moment.

The following month I was to travel to the Bolivia.

I probe the earth, know, evaluate the field and establish the conditions for sending a couple of

missionaries to the deployment of our first job outside of Brazil.

The Bolivia became the world's largest producer of cocaine.

Born naturally or cultivated in different

regions of the country, but mainly at El Chapary.

Montero was known as the "white city", because of the "dust".

This generated a privileged class while the people lived in misery.

The streets of Santa Cruz de La Sierra were seen flocks of drug addicts.

Young residents of large tubes of sewers, through

which flowed the debris of the inhabitants of the city.

On l2 January l986, we would get off the train, at around four in the afternoon,

in Santa Cruz de La Sierra.

Started a new and wonderful stage of learning,

glorious experiences and the most resounding of victories achieved

in the mission field! We arrived today at 30 years of victory of the Holy Spirit in the country
