"The Lord God is the living God"(Jeremiah 10.10)

When the young David went down to the field of battle he saw a scene

unusual: the army of Israel in order of war. But the troops not moving.

 Impairments in the face of the threat of a huge philistine.

This giant enemy of God calling affronts, sworn at

and insults against the people of the Lord. He defied, coerce

 and humbled under the threat of exterminates them forever.

The reaction of David was immediate. Taking the weapons that had in hand,

was launched against the challenging of the people of the Lord. Goliath came with her paraphernalia

 of war. Satirical metaphor, mocking and derided the young fighter.

- "Who is this uncircumcised Philistine to defy the armies of the living God? I

come to thee in the name of the Lord of armies of Israel –

The LIVING GOD" (2 Sa 2.26, 36).

Only a stone triggered by David annihilated forever the Giant

Philistine. He ran for him, put is standing on his breast, took his sword,

 and took it out of the sheath, and slew him,

and cut off his head therewith (1 Sa 17.1-51).

The living God is the Author of life. The fullness of life. The life which itself

 if enough. It is quite sufficient. Nothing needs to be what IS.

 He is still being, and will be forever.

He is the Author of life that d'it flows. The origin and cause.

By his word everything came to be, happened, and continues,

determined by him. In him was life that in no way would be without it.

By himself He created all things. Determined

the likely to be of all forms and expressions of those lives,

and laws which keep them. They only finish when the purpose for

which they were created, also will be exhausted. The breath of

eternity is the breath of his life in us. We depend entirely d'it.

We are human beings created exclusively for enjoying

the communion which he grants us.

He has made himself known by the magnitude of its power,

 the greatness of His name and the extraordinary

sublimity of His love. He showed the fathomless weight of His glory.

The Names of God reveal to us Who He Is.Parte superior do formulário

The "El" that He is in us,

The Elohim Creator of heaven and earth,

The El Shadday Almighty God,

Jehovah-jireh maintainer of the world with His power;

 The Jehovah-Rafah who transforms the distortions to the death in life;

The Ruah that governs everything by the breath of His mouth;

The Jehovah-Kadosh who sanctifies us and consecrates himself;

The Jehovah-Shalom assures us of His infinite peace.

The Lord is the true God. He is the living God and eternal King. (Jer 10.10nd)
