The Spirit of the Lord is God himself. Ruah means wind, murmur, breath, perfume, breath, smell of God, and especially the power of God. That way he manifested from the beginning. The Spirit of God hovered over the chaos (Genesis 1.3). We found different moments in the Word referring to Him.

The Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, "breathed into him the breath of life and the man became a living soul" (Genesis 2.27). Ruah attests to the strength and power of Creator-Elohim.

He is the source of life. The presence of the Spirit of God - Ruah-Yavé - produces and maintains the life. "The Ruah-Adonai made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life" (Job 33.4).

Life and strength characterize the activity of the Spirit of God in human life and in nature. "When you send forth your Spirit (Ruah) and they are created; and you renew the face of the earth" (Job 34.14-15).

Ruah-Adonai is the strength of the prophets. He sends his supernatural power over them to speak on their name. "For I am full of power, the Spirit of the Lord, justice and strength" (Micah 3.8); "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, He has sent me to proclaim the Good News..." (Isaiah 61.1)

The Lord God (Ruah-Adonai) maintains personal relationship with their prophets in the Old Testament. Dialoguing with them!

The Spirit of the Lord has directly and personally its determinations. The Ezekiel said:

- "The Son of man, can live these bones?"

- "Adonai-Elohim, thou knows" (Ezekiel 37.4).

- "Prophesy unto the Spirit (Ruah), Ó son of man, Thus said the Lord Jehovah: Come from the four winds, Ó Spirit  (Ruah), and breathes on them so that they may live" (Ezekiel 37.9).

The early Church was shaken by the power of God (Ruah, in Hebrew, and Pneuma, Greek, in the New Testament) - Change the translations, alternate spellings and languages, but the Spirit of the Lord God is the same! He remains in all languages and dialects of the land.

The Spirit of the Lord is pure power in the life of every Christian. Life for the existence of the Church. The Spirit of the Lord came also on the Person of Jesus Christ.

Ruah-Yavé is here, dwells in us. Is the center of our life.

"We are still as those who dream... They are 16 years of Peniel Guinea-Bissau!!

See the presentations dedicated to God as a thanksgiving, was beautiful! Witness the children from the School of the Gospel and of the Church (are different children) worship the Lord with the body, with a song or a poem... We saw that it was worth the work of each servant of God that by here has passed. You cannot imagine the quantity of seeds sown... Many lives are reached. Seed sown in the hearts of boys that today, after 16 years, are already young up and parents of family.

Glory to God! 'Because through Him and for Him are all things!' was worth every tear, renunciations made, each piece started. Worth.... Because God the Father has done much more with us and gave his only Son, Jesus, to die for us on the Cross."

"LET US PRAY FOR BOLIVIA..."

"Bolivia is experiencing days of darkness (...) are large social upheavals. Makes a week that we are in a state of siege. Throughout the country there are blocks. Some things are already missing. As Church we are firm and fully convinced that the power of God will be poured out upon the Church in these moments of darkness.

We are with much work, both physically and spiritually. Growing and fruiting in the work of the Lord, we have the challenge of God to buy a land in an area very needy of Montero, to build a Congregation and establish a further work with children. God is opening the doors. We are certain that we will achieve the victory.

We are preparing for the Congress Peniel, with expectations that it will be a great spiritual feast. God bless you all. Up soon."

"We are living a time of great expectations about what God wants to accomplish in the work of Rio Branco - AC and throughout the North Region. There is peace and joy in our hearts, with regard to what we are doing.

The work is challenging, the field is immense and the workers are few. As Jesus said: '... The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he send forth laborers into his harvest" (Mt 9.37-38). This has been our prayer. Prª Sônia and Miss. Francisco have been of great help and support in this time of transition. The Miss. Sulamita is very well, as well as the young Samuel. I am very grateful to Pr.
