...that Jesus came to meet... John 12.32

The empty tomb. Stone removed. Tranquility, light and fascination. That would be the most beautiful of all daybreaks on the face of the Earth.

After tremendous sacrifice vicar, beatings, humiliation, milling, and death on Calvary, a new, great and terrible fact shook the hearts of his disciples and shook the city of Jerusalem:

- "The tomb was empty. His body was not there!"

It seems that thousands of angels came out the sound of the trumpet by all the corners, alleys and squares of Jerusalem announcing that the "Nazarene" rises up again! Truly he was the Son of God.

Every one weight of pain and blood, the darkness and the darkness that befell the Holy City, suddenly turned into touch of thousands of “shofars” proclaiming the glory of the Messiah!

The fear, horror and despair of a city traumatized by violence, injustice and all sorts of political and religious arbitrariness, were shaken by the living presence of him who has conquered death!

Jesus Christ has returned to the chambers of corruption, overwhelms the deceptions of hell and overstepped the head of arch-enemy of God. Your splendid declaration of victory thunder gently to the ears of Mary Magdalene:

- "Shalom! Save! Peace be with you!"

For heaven, for earth; for all the crowds, by all individuals; for the present and the future; now and forever, Jesus Christ lives!

As beautifully as the angels sang above, heavenly choirs in heights in the day of His annunciation, also the glory of heaven proclaimed throughout the universe the new times of salvation, refreshment and eternal hope. He conquered death; defeated the devil and announces the "Times of Grace" for every one that believing in Him!

Alleluia now, alleluia always, Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father! Every knee bending, every tongue confess, the glory of His resurrection, the greatness of His second coming.

PROMOTED TO GLORY

MARCOS ROGÉRIO MARTINS ARAÚJO

(27 Oct 1958 - 20 Mar 2016)

Unfortunate the loss of one of the Princes of our ministry Peniel, glossy man of God, MARCOS ROGÉRIO MARTINS ARAÚJO. In return from Campo Grande to Três Lagoas, MS, suffered a serious car accident and died, March 20.

The Shepherd Marcos was born in Dom Cavati, MG, on 27 October 1958. Became on 17 December 1975, in Peniel. In 1983, was formed in the School of Missions Peniel - ESMI. Initially, worked on Peniel Belo Horizonte and São Paulo. On 21 November 1987 was transferred to Três Lagoas, where he remained until summoned to glory.

We thank God for the life of "Marquinhos" thus called affectionately, by inspiration, dynamism and blessings that has brought us. That the Lord of Glory stablish the Peniel Três Lagoas, Sister Élida, his wife, still under medical care. His sons Avner and Marcos Rogério Junior and all people of Peniel Três Lagoas and all work Peniel.

The burial occurred on day 23, in the city of Três Lagoas. Pr. Reuel Feitosa addressed the ceremony, with the participation of the Pastors of the Ministry Peniel. That the Holy Spirit we all console.
