“Shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him.”

(Luke 18:7-8)

Ludwig Von Zinzendorf, the count, decided to share his land among his settlers forming a small Cristian Community. The settlers were refugees from Bohemia and Moravia. Unfortunately, the community was persecuted and ruined by political and religious conflicts going on in Europe, especially in Germany.

Herrmhut, the German name given to the Church grown in there lived a life filled with Faith and prayers plus the study of the Word. “Herrmhut” means under God’s sight or better saying, under God’s face!

During an overnight service of prayers in September 24, 1727, the children and teenagers spontaneously decided to seek God. The prayers lasted until the sunrise! Three days later, Von Zinzendorf continued with the prayer service initiated by the children. The Holy Spirit came abundantly upon the humble and small Church. The settlers had their hearts broken. God’s power and grace spread out drastically. The blessings were so great that they overreached the expectations of the people from the small ranch.

That was the longest service of prayers ever because it lasted for over a century!

The brothers from Moravios, later called, sent out over 200 missionariesto the world. More than 22 out of the 200 workers were killed in the missionary fields while many others were incarcerated. But, there were more workers conducted to occupy their spots!

Unquestionably, God’s power and grace was extended to the world throughHerrmhut’s ministry. Von Zinzendorf had already led more missionaries to the fields than all known Churches together much before William Carey even began to send out his blessed Missionary Society in Londres in the year of 1792.

Herrmhut’s prayers resulted in the conversion of the brothers, Charles and John Wesley, proceeding to Europe’s revival, beginning on Scotland and Wales, and reaching America’s spiritual awakening.

The Church can do all things when it is face to face with God. Surely, the Work and workers belong to God. Everything is in God’s hands—He is almighty.

Pray, pray and pray. God judges the world in righteousness and honors those who rely on Him! The Word ofGod says: “Pray without ceasing”

(1 Thessalonians 5:17).

May God Bless you.

GLOBAL MISSIONS PENIEL

NEWS FROM PARAGUAY

The Missionary Work in Paraguay is growing more than expected and our location cannot hold all the people.  A wonderful blessing is that there are teens converting. We are getting ready to have new baptisms.  Pr. Reuel, we are counting with your presence!

We received an offer to purchase a property located closed from here. The property alreadyhas a temple under construction. It was managed by a church in Brazil. The project had to stop because the church no longer could budge the construction. We are praying because it’s a very good offer. We need your support.

Lastly, pray for our anniversary celebration which will start in October.

“TEENS REVOLUTION IN BOLIVIA”

Pastor Michael MondinosharesgreatvictoriesfromSanta Cruz De La Sierra, Bolivia. The thematic Services named “Teens Revolution: Jesus transforming Lives,” were very successful. All local Peniels made the effort to work together. We witnessed God’s power in different ways. Some of these were during the time the Word was being preached, the brothers were worshiping, performing plays and musical presentations. Many lives were saved and revived. Pastor Michael adds: “This is only the beginning because there are many more to be saved”. We praise the Lord for Peniel Bolivia.
