(Revelation 2.17b)

I know you and I have the best to give you. I keep my promises treasured, reserved for those who listen to my voice and obey my Words. I know that you struggle to be faithful. I also know that you battle to keep up in my ways and pay a high price to be my servant.

However, I recognize that the world where you live has become a large space committed to Satan. I realize, day after day, the worsening situation and how the Enemy has ravaged my people. Tribulations, dangers, oppression, diseases and tremendous struggles.

Fortunately, I see that you have kept my faith. There is a tremendous battle in your heart, a huge effort to outdo yourself, even in face of so many who have already sacrificed themselves and even many brothers martyred. But you kept my faith and testimony, without becoming contaminated.

I bless you for your strength before the false doctrines, the illusions of Balaam trying to compromise the mind of my people with idolatry, permissiveness, prostitution, disrespect, lack of holiness in worship and abomination in my House (v.14). They want to manipulate my work, dominate the thought of some weak that are among you and destroy the foundations of faith. But remember what was said in the Gospels (Matthew 24.24-25), also my Apostles have long warned (Colossians 3:2; 2 Corinthians 10:5, Philippians 4.8). The time has come.

I am the Lord, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God.

And there is only the way of repentance (v.16). If there is no repentance I'll have to come with my sword against those who resist my Word. Certainly I'll do it without delay (v.16).

Whoever seek my face, cry out for my name and seek my ways, I'll bless him. I'll give the best treasures kept in My Father's House. I'll make him winner among the winners, I'll exalt him with my righteous right hand.

I'll give you the Hidden Manna as prize ... Wouldn't it be the Manna which was kept for centuries and centuries in the Ark of the Covenant, preserved by the Lord's command to Moses (v. 17)? "This is the bread which the Lord hath given you." (Exodus 16:15) And I'll also give you a new name, written on a white stone, only known by Lord!

May the Lord God bless you, my beloved. And receive the Manna treasured since before the creation of the world!

To the angel of the church in Pergamum write:
