"Fill the hoists with water ..."

(John 2: 7)

There was no wine left, but He had the water pots refilled!

It was the Master's order. In full party, at the best moment, the great disappointment.

Those responsible, agitated, people ashamed, some even disgusted.

Nothing was working. Anguish, despair, came very quickly. Something would have to happen.

But who, how and what to do?

There are dramatic situations where we cannot do anything.

There's one of them. But soon there came a man of common sense,

knowledge and intimacy with Jesus, who said very calmly and propriety:

"Do whatever he tells you" (v.5).

The hoists were filled with water. Pure water. Crystalline and holy.

Because they were moved, touched by the words of Jesus,

by the look of him, by the hearing, the force of his presence, and they were becoming ...

Those waters were becoming the measure and manner that arose in the mind of Jesus...

They were being touched by the Creator's power.

They were born, twisted, and reborn by the power of the Holy Spirit,

who granted them what the will and purpose of the Lord determined:

"If you knew the gift of God ... From within you will flow rivers of living waters"

(Jo 7.37). Anything else could have been. But at that moment they were more than

water, they were the life of the Mighty God operating something so simple for Him.

Water is life, which generates more life, which generates wine, which brings bread,

which brings forgiveness, healing, abundance and peace to every human being.

This first miracle opened the doors to all the miracles that have come, and they will still come!

So, fill up your hoist now!

THE GLORY OF JESUS

... There was a marriage in Cana of Galilee, and there was the mother of Jesus; and Jesus was also invited with his disciples to the marriage.

And when the wine was gone, the mother of Jesus said unto him, they have no wine.

And Jesus said unto them, Woman, what have I to do with thee? It is not my time yet.

And his mother said unto the servants, do all that he saith unto you.

Now there were six stone carvings laid there, for the purifications of the Jews, and in each one there were two or three liters.

Jesus commanded him, "Fill these hoists with water." And they filled them up.

And he said unto them, Take now, and take it to the master-parlor. And they did.

When the master-room tasted the water turned into wine, not knowing where it was from, although the servants who had drawn the water knew, he called the master-room to the groom and said unto him, every man putted good wine first, and when they have drunk well, then that which is inferior; but you have kept good wine so far.

Thus did Jesus initiate his signs at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

John 2.1-11

«GOD OPENED ALL THE DOORS» - LISBON, PORTUGAL

"Abene was discharged last Thursday. After a period of hospitalization for 15 days, continued oral antibiotic treatment, still unable to walk, remains at rest. We believe in healing the bone and winning over the bacteria. The doctors directed her stay here for control and issued an award banning her from traveling.

Thank God, the documents we needed arrived on time. (...) In the Church here, all the people confirmed that it was God Himself who opened every door. Hallelujah! (...)

"We are doing the work under the grace of God. The Ministry is proceeding well. My daughter, Tania, is getting married on December 28, here in India.

In the Church in Pacode, we begin a second Cult from 7 to 8:30 in the morning, now there are two! In the Orphanage, we have 14 girls. We will hold a 21-day Prayer and Fasting Campaign, starting September 25.

Pr. Reuel, could come to India at the end of the Prayer Campaign on October 15 or at Tania's wedding in December. If it is difficult, it may come in February or March 2018. Please pray for all needs to be met. We are praying that God will, with His blessing, attend to all of the provisions for Tania's marriage. God bless you all."
